Captain Joins Wales 7's

Blues captain Rhys Williams will return to the national scene but with Wales Rugby Sevens. Having been out in the wilderness since the summer tour of America and Canada, the flying winger/full back takes his place amungst a number of familiar names.

Williams will be the most experienced player in the squad by far, having a huge 44 caps. He is joined by Blues team mate Wayne Evens who is one of the success' of regional rugby to date.

Former Cardiff starlet Jamie Ringer is also selected along with Dragons collegue Gareth Wyatt also in the squad.

Another former Cardiff player, Jonny Vaughnton makes the squad, but it is his Ospreys buddy Ritchie Pugh who leads the side.

Other recogniseable names include Scarlets and Wales centre, Tal Selley and the highly rated Neath/Ospreys fly half James Hook.
