Guy Martin takes the Dundrod 150 Superbike race

In determined mood, Guy Martin turned the tables on pole sitter John McGuinness at Dundrod during the 150 Superbike race, taking his AIM backed Yamaha to a convincing win, over three seconds ahead of second placed man Raymond Porter aboard the DMRR Honda.

As predicted, the lap record fell again, but not to John McGuinness or Guy Martin. Ian Hutchinson, aboard his McAdoo backed Kawasaki, brought the lap record down with a time of 3mins 24.114secs and a speed of 130.535mph on the last lap.

John McGuinness was the first to exceed the 130mph barrier yesterday, but by the time the racing had finished all the top five riders had exceeded the 130mph lap speed.
