Does Welsh Rugby Have A Drink Problem?

After some high profile drinking incidents in Welsh rugby over the past few weeks, the now infamous Henson on the 125 and the Newport boys kicking off with Police in Italy. Bred IN Heaven asks the question - does Welsh rugby have a drinking problem and what does it mean for the future?
Bobby Windsor on the Lions tour of '74 setting fire to the curtains in the hotel and the police being called is now the stuff of legend but these were the days of amateur rugby.
Drink is still the lifeblood of community rugby across Wales and without it the clubhouses would die and the clubs with them.
But in the pro game is there room for the odd mad bender or do these players have to live like saints?
My view is there is a balance to be struck, far too many coaches have come to Wales and said the condition of the players is not up to scratch, that might not be to do with drink entirely but it is a factor.
But these incidents are rare and these are young men doing what young men do and sometimes taking it too far.

On scrum 5 a few weeks ago Marshall was asked about the ABs drinking and he was of the opinion that there was no worse drinking probelm with our players that there is with players in NZ.
Maybe it's just that the british media like to stir the @#$%& more than other countries.

If the ABs have a drink problem. The fact that our rugby players are no worse, means they also have a drink problem. Therefore Marshall's statement is meaningless.
I believe all rugby has a drink problem. Most players and spectators just can not get enough of it.
Having only experienced 1st hand the Welsh side of drinking, at the top end players go out that little too often.
Go down to semi pro and recreational drug use as well is common.
