Ian Murray has picked up the fist major player of the year trophy. Murray the Scotland under 21 captain has been voted player of the year by the Hibs Supporters Club.

Ian Murray has picked up the fist major player of the year trophy. Murray the Scotland under 21 captain has been voted player of the year by the Hibs Supporters Club, Murray who has been in sizling form and has been linked with big money moves to Ibrox, Middlesborough and Totenham fully deserves the acolade. Murray has allready Captained Hibernian FC this season when regular captain John O'Neil was sidelined through injury, and Scotland manager Berti Vogts has capped him at Full Internaional level against Canda earlier on this season.
