The return of Coyney!

Leigh RMI fans favourite of last season Liam Coyne has rejoined the club on loan from North West Counties League outfit FC United of Manchester.

Young centre back Coyne only left Hilton Park last summer to join the Rebel Reds but has rejoined the club on a month's loan as cover for regular centre backs Mark Maddox and Gavin Lee-Ellison, with Coyne making his first appearance back at the club in the reserve team's 4-0 victory over Skelmersdale last Saturday.

Coyne's enthusiastic leadership of the side made him a firm fans favourite during the course of last year's Conference North campaign, and he returns to the club after scoring two goals in twelve appearances for United during the course of this season.
