After last week saw the unveiling of the majority of Leigh Genesis' pre-season schedule, three further friendlies have been added to the summer programme of Steve Bleasdale's exciting young side, all of which will take place away from home as the build up to next season's UniBond Premier League campaign continues.
Thursday 17th July will see Genesis travel to Cheshire to face UniBond League Division One side Winsford United (7:30pm kick off), while Tuesday 22nd July will see Leigh travel to the coast to face North West Counties League side Formby (7:30pm) before a trip to face FA Vase winners AFC Fylde at Kellamergh Park on Thursday 24th July (7:30pm).
Admission and travel details will be announced a little nearer to the time.

I'm sure it'll be like Wembley compared to Colls!
Not sure whether I'll be going to that one or not, I plan to but having these games so close together will be a bit of a drain on the finances!

Quote:Good idea in theory Adam, but the uncertainty about when we'd be able to move in to the LSV means that most clubs had already sorted their pre-season schedule before we had a definite answer, and I doubt any League One & Two clubs would be too keen on hosting a game against a UniBond Prem club.adam ogden
