Young right-sided player, comfortable in defence or midfield, who, having previously represented the Leigh Genesis reserve side, made his first team debut in the FA Trophy Second Qualifying Round tie with Cammell Laird in November 2008.

Radcliffe made his league debut just a week later as a substitute in Leigh's 3-0 defeat to North Ferriby United in a UniBond Premier League game played on November 8th 2008 at Hurst Cross, home of Ashton United.

His full league debut arrived as a right back in Leigh's 4-0 defeat to Eastwood Town at Clitheroe's Shawbridge ground on Saturday 17th January 2009.
