Colls cup tie postponed

Leigh Genesis have found themselves once again beaten by the weather as their hopes of finally playing their Lancashire FA Trophy First Round tie with neighbours Atherton Collieries were dashed once again after the Stainton Park pitch failed an inspection.
Although the state of the pitch this morning was looking promising, the temperature has plummeted since then and as such the pitch failed an inspection this afternoon, the seventh time that this fixture has had to be postponed.
The two sides will now try to play the game at Atherton's Alder House home tomorrow (Thursday), with a date to be confirmed next week should the weather again come out on top.

either way PLEASE dont postpone mondays unibond league cup game at ashton because of colls game. Have the colls game on wed or thurs because if colls game postponed again then we wont of played again for another week. have two games in midweek please!!!

right colls game is now this monday and ashton cup game is now on january 3rd a saturday. So my plee wasnt even read before it was sorted lol
