More fixture switches

The task of a non-league fixture scheduler is a thankless task, and the priority of County Cup league fixtures over UniBond League fixtures has caused a couple of further Leigh Genesis fixture alterations.

First of all, with Genesis visiting neighbours Atherton Laburnum Rovers on Tuesday 29th September in the Lancashire FA Co-Operative Challenge Trophy First Round, the UniBond League First Division North fixture away to AFC Fylde has now been re-arranged to take place on Saturday 3rd October 2009.

Also, due to Wakefield's involvement in the West Riding Cup, the November game between Leigh Genesis and Wakefield has been postponed. However, that date will now be taken advantage of with Leigh facing a local derby with Salford City at the Leigh Sports Village Stadium on Wednesday 4th November with a 7:45pm kick off, rather than hosting their local rivals on the 30th January.

Finally, the upcoming UniBond League Challenge Cup First Round fixture against Warrington Town, originally scheduled to take place at the Leigh Sports Village Stadium on Tuesday 22nd September, will now instead take place at the LSV on Wednesday 23rd September with a 7:45pm kick off.

luvin all these fixture changes guessin the wire game been moved to accomodate blackburn reserves? also i now can go afc fylde

I'll have to go straight from work to Fylde.

The Warrington game was supposed to be Wednesday all along as that's now our midweek night but for some reason was originally listed as the Tuesday.
