Radcliffe game postponed

Tonight's UniBond League First Division North fixture between Leigh Genesis and Radcliffe Borough has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

Due to the unavailability of the Leigh Sports Village Stadium, the fixture was due to take place at Chorley's Victory Park, but an inspection this afternoon found the pitch to be unplayable.

The game will now take place at a venue to be confirmed on Wednesday 7th April with a 7.45pm kick off.

It marks the second Genesis game in four days that has failed to beat the weather after Saturday's game at Salford City was postponed because of a frozen pitch at Moor Lane.

Garry Flitcroft's side will now face Chorley at the Leigh Sports Village Stadium this Saturday (6th February) at 3pm.
