Clean up Crilly - the final push!

With next week's UniBond League inspection of the facilities at Crilly Park, Leigh Genesis are appealing for as many supporters as possible to assist them in completing the work required to bring the club's new home up to UniBond League standards for the coming season.

A vast amount of work has already been undertaken, with the main stand already repainted, new dugouts installed, a new toilet block installed, new perimeter fencing completed along with general tidying up of the ground.

The club are now asking supporters to come down to the ground on Saturday (5th June) from 11am onwards to be assigned jobs for the day and complete all of the required work ahead of Monday's inspection.

Even if people can only commit to an hour or two out of their Saturday then all help will be hugely appreciated in this final push to finish off the hard work that has already taken place.

I'm hoping to be there from 1ish once I've finished work - even if people can only get down for a short while then every little helps as we need all of the jobs sorting around the place in time for Monday.

There will be a list of jobs on Saturday, I believe - generally painting, weeding and clearing stuff what's been lying around etc.

Been 6-7 there whenever I've been down, but I'd say the majority have been from LR to be honest.

I'm working til 12 on Saturday but will go down after that.

I'll be there this saturday. It will probably be from dinner time onwards.

If you give me a ring before you leave Matt to see where I am it might be worth going up in the same car if Im still at home
