Halifax Town vs Leigh RMI - Preview

Leigh RMI travel to Halifax for their New Years' Day fixture this year. RMI are looking to make amends for the Boxing Day loss and Mark Patterson looking to pick up his first points as Manager.

Halifax, who beat RMI 2-0 on Boxing Day must be going into this match thinking it will be a walk over. Who would blame them, after RMI have lost their last 5 games and conceded the most goals in the Conference this season. After a great all round performance at Doncaster on Saturday, Leigh will definatley be looking to the bag the three points in Halifax. A walkover in Halifax's eyes but the Leythers will be thinking of an upset.

Mark Patterson will be looking to impress the Leigh RMI board after he stated that he would like to stay on as full time manager at Hilton Park.
