Telford United v. Leigh RMI preview

Leigh RMI manager Mark Patterson has a virtually full strength side to choose from as the Railwaymen travel to the Midlands to take on Telford United in a vital Conference game.

Former Altrincham midfielder Ged Kielty returns to the side following a stomach bug to leave only former Blackpool central defender Wayne Maden on the sidelines because of a suspension. The loss of Maden is a blow to the Leigh defence although they will pleased that former RMI striker Mark Quayle, who always seemed to score when playing against his former club, recently transferred to high-flying Chester City.

Left back Paul Williams is set to drop out of the side to make way for new signing Ian Pendlebury, who signed for Leigh RMI earlier this week from local rivals Wigan Athletic.

Leigh will be looking to show much improvement from the last time the two sides met when Telford ran riot against a lacklustre RMI side, then managed by Steve Waywell, for an easy 3-0 victory at Hilton Park.

Telford manager Jake King has no injury worries and will be playing a full strength side. King's only problem is in the striking department because on-loan striker Dave Cameron has been recalled by Chester City.
