Stevenage Borough v. Leigh RMI preview

RMI come up against an old favourite at Stevenage tomorrow and will be desperate to end their winless streak of five games, with every point vital towards the fight for Conference survival.

Former Hilton Park crowd favourite Dino Maamria lines up for the home side after recovering from a series of niggling injuries to face his old team mates after moving back to Broadhall Way from American side Charlston Battery in the summer.

Also returning for the home side will be Tony Battersby along with Jamie Gould who is also in the frame for selection after recovering from a hernia operation.

RMI boss Mark Patterson should welcome back defender Paul Shepherd to his side but is likely to be without on-loan striker Neil Robinson who is still struggling with the knee injury he picked up in last weekend's 1-1 draw with Tamworth.

Leigh will be looking to end their miserable run in form which has seen them fail to register a win in their previous five games, but Broadhall Way isn't traditionally a happy hunting ground for the Railwaymen and they will certainly be up against it against the mid-table Borough. Nevertheless, RMI will be hopeful of at least a point, if not a shock victory.
