The Nationwide Conference "Manager of the Month" for October may have been a three-way tie, but despite Saturday's stunning 1-0 victory away against leaders Hereford, RMI caretaker boss Phil Starbuck has missed out on the award.
Despite RMI's victory on Saturday, Graham Turner, manager of opponents Hereford United, is one of the recipients of the award for the second time this season.
Apart from Turner, Shrewsbury manager Jimmy Quinn and Aldershot's Terry Brown also shared the award in a three way tie after all three guided their clubs to unbeaten records in the Conference last month and also enjoyed FA Cup wins to earn a place in Saturday's first-round proper of the competition.
