Lane to Chester

Leigh RMI wing-back Chris Lane has moved on a month's loan to Conference leaders Chester City, with two Seals stars making the opposite journey in return.

Lane will stay at the Deva Stadium for a month, while in return Chester stars Steve Brodie and Jamie Heard will spend a month at Hilton Park.

20 year old defender Heard has started a dozen Conference games for the Seals since moving from Hull City last summer, while former Swansea and Sunderland striker Brodie, 31, hasn't started a Conference game for Chester since August and has spent loan spells with both Forest Green Rovers and Unibond Premier League outfit Droylsden.
