Airdrie Vs Clyde (match Preview)

It is back to the business of the Scottish First division this week and Airdrie welcome Clyde for our last game of the first quarter. Nine games gone and only four points won does not make good reading but a lot of Airdrie fans feel the team have turned a corner.
Beating Gretna two weeks ago will be a massive boost to confidence, nut that can do as much damage as it can good, we need to approach this match calmly and work as hard to win it as we did against the league favourites. Sandy goes in to the match with a full squad, bar one, to choose from for the first time this season, Garry Tiernay has recovered from a hamstring pull, Kevin Christie's bout of tonsillitis has cleared up and Brian Prunty, after playing 20 minutes with a virus against Gretna is fully fit. The one missing is Neil McGowan serving a suspension for his red card against Dundee. So it's choices time for Sandy, do you change a winning formula? Stewart Taylor has proven himself to be our best defender, however being one of our top goal scorers where do you play him, well that's what Sandy Stewart gets paid to decide. Once again Sandy Stewart was interviewed at around about 6:15pm on L107
