Airdrie Vs Dunfermlne (2nd try)

Since the postponement of this fixture a week or so ago there haven't been many changes. Kenny obviously has signed a long term contract. Jimmy Boyle has a full time contract and we drew once again with Dundee at the weekend. Oh and the Stomp once agian has more discussions about politics and religion than it does about our recent match!

Kenny Black's target in simple terms is to earn more points than we did in the first quarter and after two matches the plan has worked. After playing QotS and Dundee in the first quarter we had two points this time around we've got four. looking at things from this perspective we need at least a draw tomorrow.

In Kenny's favour he has a full squad to choose from ahead of the game and plenty of choices on the bench should he need them.

Dunfermline are still one of many peoples favourites to win this league and from past experience the visit of Dunfermline always brought it's own atmosphere.

Dunfermline were beaten by a resurgent St Johnstone team on Sat and manager Jim McIntyre may feel he has to make changes. I haven't heard of this in a long time but McIntyre is Dunfermlines player manager and after getting back to fitness may even play himself.

Stomp predictions

Prediction Stats Airdrie v Dunfermline
Home Win: Percentage 40% [28]
Away Win: Percentage 18% [13]
Draw: Percentage 40% [28]

Well not many of us think were going to lose.

The Score

1-1 Percentage 28% [20]

2-1 Percentage 18% [13]

1-0 Percentage 11% [8]

This weeks "I shouldn't have said that moment" came when after I had a look at the stats and pointed out that generally we went on to win matches if we had held on to a lead until half time.

So for Allstars benefit I predict lots of bookings during tomorrows match! Willie Collum is our match ref and after only seven matches he has produced 27 yellow cards and 1 red, that's four cards a game.

Start of another important week...we need to be taking a minimum of 3 points from the next two games to keep ourselves ahead of the bottom clubs....hoping for all six though!!!

The only info i can get is we have a full squad? Was suprised to hear Boaby was out of Sats game, Kenny is starting to play his cards very close to the chest when it comes to injuries.
