While in hospitality yesterday I asked whether there will be a cash window for selling tickets at the Alba Challenge Cup final in Perth next week and the answer was not at the moment. Tayside police have decided that the match will be all ticket and as it stands no fan should travel without one.
However, that could change when the club officials have a final
meeting this coming Friday in Perth. It will be a last minute decision
though and you should make plans earlier to be sure of getting
there.
This weeks schedule:-
Sunday 9th November from 2pm - 5pm Mon - Fri from 10am - 5pm
There may also be a sale on Saturday 15th and Sunday the 16th before thebuses leave, after that you have had it! This will depend on how ticket sales go through the week and if the club recieve any requests before hand.
Well when I got my ticket yesterday I was given row C, I asked if there were any others available was told that we had all sold our tickets down to C, so we we must have just about sold out the main stand by now. I have no idea what it holds but I'd expect it to be around 3000? Id like to think that's the number we'll take up.
Don't think they're being sold in any strict order. When I got mine last week I was asked where I wanted it and said "somewhere in the middle", so I have Row P. From that, it's hard to say how many have been sold, I think we'll have to wait and see if the club say anything about numbers.
I hope you're right Uncle C, that could generate a really good atmosphere and - hopefully - give the team a real boost. God knows, after yesterday's performance, they need it.
