Supporters Trust Statement

Following some questions asked on the message board, Willie Marshall Chairperson of the suporters trust asked us to post the following message.

The Supporters Trust were encouraged by the response of supporters both at the game on Saturday and online to the latest membership drive. Comparison with the same period last season shows an increase in membership.

This is very encouraging for the Trust and ultimately the Club. The signing of Jamie Stevenson and the Trust’s role in helping to secure it has raised the profile of the Trust within the Club and in the wider community and we hope it shows that we have the clubs future and best interests at heart. None of this would have been possible without your support and we’re delighted that our collective efforts have been recognised publicly.

Handing over the cheque was the easy part for the Trust. The harder part was raising the funds and for that we rely on everyone’shelp, hence the drive to encourage more supporters to become involved in the Trust.  So, for those who have joined / rejoined the Trust a big thank-you and for those who haven’t yet joined we ask that you consider it. Membership forms are available online on the Trust website, or visit the Trust hatch during matchdays.
