Social Networking & Sport

With the shannanigans at the end of the season concerning one of our players and a fan I thought I would raise the question of who do you follow?

I'm very picky about whom I add on face book, every single friend I have on it I know personally, but I do receive updates from The Chicago Bears, West Ham United, Port Vale, The SFL and SFA plus several bands. I even have updates from the T lady.

I don't follow individual players as sitting at a table for the Player of the Year does not suddenly make us friends and other than that I don't socialise with any professional sports persons. I wouldn’t even consider adding personal heroes of mine and really wouldn’t expect them to invite me in to their own social circle.

So to keep the site kicking over before holidays, who do you follow or do you abstain from the whole social networking phenomenon?
