Prediction League Week 37 - It's down to four

In what I think is the tightest prediction league we have ever had, the competition is down to four possible winners, StoneDiamondRugs holds pole position ahead of Meesh71 and the very late entrant Snowstorm47 by one point, but waiting in the shadows two points behind lurks A T I D two points behind the leaders, a mistake by the top three could see him/her go on to triumph.

Going in to the final match the table looks like this. who will win Bryan Gilfillan's sign top and be the Broomfield Stomp Prediction League winner 2014 - 2015?
