Prediction League Wk 12 Round Up- Airdrie 0 Vs. 1 Stranraer

Airdrie fell to a 1-0 defeat at home to Stranraer after a late goal by Ryan Thomson and proved once again that on thier day any tema can beat another in the Scottish Division League one.
Yeserday's match was a hard fought battle with very few chances for either team. The closest Airdrie came were a Liam Watt penalty that was saved by the Stranraer keeper. In my opinion no matter how bad the penalty is if the keeper gets to it it's a save, not a miss by the striker. In the second half a stramash in the Stanraer penalty should have seen Airdrie tae the lead but the ball was somehow scrammbled away. Then on the 83rd minute Thomson gets his head on to a Pettigrew cross and scores the wining goal.
Sometimes I find myself questioning a managers team selection and I understand as a fan we don't now all the details of injuries or what goes on in training or even the politics of loan signings but when you have Cox and Morgan forming a partnership which is starting to work why force Cox on to the wing? We have two natural wingers in the team fine neither have performed to any great level but still I don't understand the change.

There is no change at the top of the table so The Man in Black remians on top until the Brechin fixture in a fortnight.
