Dispite taking the lead twice Airdrie once again loose a match in the dying seconds of a match and once again find myself wondering if the backs against the wall defending is something that is coming out of training or just a lack of confidence in the squad? Remember the best form of defence is Offence. 

Airdrie took the lead in just five minutes a Lithgow throw into the penalty box was cleared only for Caddens to slam the ball in to the back of the net. The lead didn't last long on eighteen minutes Summers struck from outside the penalty box Parry had it covered but a deflection too it by him.
On thirtyeight minutes David Cox was shown a straight red, for what no one can say!

The second half began like the first, Airdrie through Jim Lister got an early goal and once again couldn't hold on to the lead Jamie McCormack getting Stenhousemuir the equliser. Then as has been the story of this season Airdrie lost a goal and the match in the dying seconds of the match McCormack once again the scorer.

Prediction League 

The Man in Black holds on to top spot but the chase for top spot is far from over.
