Airdrie are back on league duty after out defeat in extra time against Ayr United and the debacle that was/is the Challenge Cup. Today we are on the road to second placed Brechin City who have two ex-diamonds in there squad Darren McCormack and Chris O’Neil.

Airdrie fans obviously see this as being a tough match with the majority choosing a draw.

I always rule out 0-0 draws as that’s mostly people who have still to predict so the favoured score is 1-1 do you agree?

Think you are right about mid table finish ,we are crying out for a couple of proper defenders ,not players playing there out of position ,not fair on them and not good for us.

Yup I suppose Brechin are a decent side...but we do need to get our act together defensively. The Manager has talked about this for a few weeks ..its time for action now !

Shades of old management today. Every fan at the game knew the defence is second rate,yet McBride refused to listen and put out the same defence that have been leaking goals and yet we have 2 central defenders on the bench. The fans are losing the will to live so it's only a matter of time before Ryan etc says what's the point!

You never know someone might get a right good tanking from us shortly,you can live in hope anyway.Maybe we have to play these defenders now to justify their wages.
