Prediction League Game 26 Airdrie 1 Vs. 2 Stranraer

Another Saturday another defeat this time at the hands of Stranraer. It's now getting very difficult not to throw in the towel this season, a strange thing to say when we're still in a playoff spot maybe it's only by our finger nails but we're still there. 

The first half of yesterday's match was pretty even but the the second half quickly went from bad to worse.

On 53 minutes Criag Malcolm beat Simon Mensing to a header that rose over Ferguson to make it 1-0.

Three minutes later Airdrie were awarded a penalty when Jack McKay was dragged down in the penalty box. We have a penalty Stranraer are down to 10 men it's game on......Nope Belford saves Russells penalty and the heads go down.

Ryan Thomson scored Stranraer's 2nd after Ferguson saved a low free, unfortunately he didn't hold on to it and Thomson was qickest to react. 2-0 to Stranraer and the remaining fans started leaving.

Once again it was Andy Ryan who gave Airdrie a semblance of respect when he fired home a low free kick to make it 1-2.

Prediction League.

Once again there is no change at the top of the prediction league.

Andy Ryan did score ,but sad to say didn't look up for it either,shame if he is getting @#$%& off,but not surprising.

2-0 seems to have been entered incorrectly as the result for Saturday.

Still third from bottom. I often get the right score but the wrong way around; a bit like the managers post match car crashes. How do you do so well Chris!

I've only ever predict a 2-1 Airdrie win, home, away & form doesn't matter, that way there is no question of me rigging the competition.

I've just got lucky this season so far.

I was not suggesting any rigging, but exasperation at how bad mine were. Lets hope you can transfer it to the team on Saturday.
