Most people looking at put in additional funds usually speak about a £10 a month direct debit. Meaning the club get £120 a year extra.
My idea is simple,
Who ever is interested in donating money could buy two lottery tickets every week a total of £104 a year. This money could be taken by direct debit monthly or quarterly.
Ok the tricky bit?
Agents for the lottery get 10% commission: - this would be left with Les and the club mounting up.
Agents get 5% of any winnings: - This would be left to mount up.
Winnings if any syndicate member wins: - the money would be left to mount up.
If we could get 50 people willing to do this then the club would have an idea of how any other project would run.
50 people buying two tickets= £90 to the club £10 to our fund.
£90 x 52 weeks = £4680 to the club
£10 x 52 weeks = £520 to our fund.
So a basic £520 in our fund could be used to allow a group of fans in to hospitality.
Or it could be used to sponsor a couple of players, a draw could be held to find out who would receive the signed shirt at the end of the season.
Either way in the end the club would receive £5200 from fifty people putting in £2 a week.
