Sunday 22/9/02 at Spotland KO 3:00pm. The Roughyed's reward for their magnificent victory against Hull KR is another big play-off eliminator against arch enemies Rochdale Hornets. Oldham have proved time and time again this season that on their day they can beat any side. Remember last year (39-32)!
ORLFC player-coach Steve Molloy has done a remarkable job since taking over the reigns and seems to be able to prepare his players for the biggest of games. Last season the Roughyeds produced one of the best performances in their short history to dispose of Hornets at the semi-final stage and the current squad of players are more than capable of matching that result, on Sunday.
Oldham's main injury worry is Brian Henare, who limped of against Hull KR with a recurrence of the knee injury that has already kept out of several key games this season. Henare's chances of playing at Spotland are rated as very slim.

Oldham face Rochdale Hornets in this second round elimination play-off match. After last weeks magnificent victory at Craven Park the Roughyeds know that they are playing their best rugby of the season and know that on their day they are capable of beating anyone !
