Joe Kinnear has moved to thank the Nottingham Forest fans that have made the trip acros the Atlantic to the United States of America to follow the Reds. A healthy number of supporters have travelled to such a long distance.

Joe Kinnear has thanked the good few fans that have made te trip across the Atlantic to follow their beloved Reds on their U.S. tour. The Dublin-born maanger is looking forward to tonight's game in Richmond and is grateful that so many have bothered to turn up. "I couldn't believe how many Forest fans were at the game the other night - that speaks volume for this Club. "I knew we would have some support in the stadium because many fans travelled with us on the official supporters trip. "But clearly a great deal more have made their own way to the States and I cannot thank them all enough. "It means so much to myself and the players to know that fans are willing to put their hands in their pocket to that extent - not to mention the fact that they are using up their holiday entitlement to support us. "Hopefully we will remain unbeaten in our remaining games and send all our fans home happy." The show of support that our boys have had whilst on the other side of Western civillisation has been great and if such a great attitude continues to be shown by supporters during the season then the team should be full of confidence.
