The SPL clubs have finally signed a TV Deal with the BBC which will Show live 38 games for the next 2 seasons. They are also very close to a deal for the Radio highlights of all the games too which should be finalised very shortly for this Saturday it is not yet said what game will be this week.
All 12 teams today signed a deal which would see the BBC broadcast live matches.
The BBC contract includes the showing of 38 games on BBC1 or BBC2 for the next 2 seasons. The games will also get shown free.
Another part of the deal includes all the old firm games getting shown live throughout the UK and not just Scotland.
This will hopefully make a lot of people happy since until now Sky Sports had been shown the game and not every person could get Sky Sports games also Sky Sports wanted people to pay to watch the games so now it will be shown free on the BBC.
The SPL have still not came to an agreement for the showing games over the radio but they are meant to be very close to a deal with the BBC.
