Southend Duo Leave For Gillingham

Out of contract Southend duo Mark Bentley & Duncan Jupp have both signed two year deals with league 1 side Gillingham and in the process turned down new one year deals from Southend

The main reason looks to be that neither was gaurenteed first team football in the Coca Cola Championship next season and to be honest i cant blame them as they both have familys to feed and both have a career to follow so all the best to both Mark and Duncan from the unofficial Southend United F.C Website
