Bay Announce New Manager

Colwyn Bay have announced their new manager that will try to make them bounce straight back after relegation last season.

Colwyn Bay have appointed Jimmy Mullen as their successor to Colin Caton. Jimmy is a highly respected professional, who spent his playing career with teams like Sheffield Wednesday, Rotherham, Cardiff and Newport County. His CV stretches even further as he has managed Blackpool AND he guided Burnley from the 4th Division to the 1st, as well as taken the team to Wemberly twice. He has the UEFA Pro License - which is the highest awarded in professional football, he currently coaches the Wales U-19's with Everton and Wales legend Neville Southall.

The appointment of such a high profile name will bound to cause excitement among the club and fans alike. They need a highly rated coach such as Jimmy to bring them back to the UniBond Premier League after being relegated, along with Hyde United and Gateshead.
