Solskjaer Linked with Queensland Move

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been linked with a seven-week loan move to Queensland Roar. The Norwegian international will be offered a lucrative contract by the Australian A-League club if he makes the move down under.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been linked with a temporary move away from Manchester United. Reports suggest that the versatile forward could be set for a move to Australia to join Queensland Roar.

The A-League outfit are set to table a lucrative seven-week contract offer that would see Solskjaer head to Australia over the summer months; whilst they have also declared an interest in taking former United forward Andy Cole down under.

"Solskjaer would be at the top - better than Cole if we can get him," said the Roar's chief executive Lawrence Oudendyk.

The move has obvious 'money making' intentions for the Queensland club; but the addition of the experienced Solskjaer would, undoubtedly, also help the club perform on the pitch.
