Cagliari hold Roma ahead of United trip

AS Roma warmed up for Tuesday’s Champions League quarter-final, first-leg with a disappointing 1-1 draw against struggling Cagliari. Roma boss Luciano Spalletti was left to rue a series of missed opportunities in Sardinia and remain four points behind league leaders Inter Milan.

I Giallorossi go into Tuesday's clash with only one win from their last three league games.

Francesco Totti was on the scoresheet for Roma on the weekend as they came from behind to claim a point against Cagliari.

"The lads played a good match, they deserved more." said head coach Spalletti after the score draw.

Tuesday is looking like being another Champions League classic!
