Kuszczak set for loan move?

Sir Alex Ferguson is hoping to send Tomasz Kuszczak out on loan next season. The Polish ‘keeper has played understudy to Edwin van der Sar all season; but looks set to slip below Ben Foster in the club’s pecking order from August onwards. A host of Championship clubs are expected to express an interest in snapping up Kuszczak.

Kuszczak has notched up fourteen appearances for United this season - but has rarely looked a genuine threat to Van Der Sar's number one jersey.

Ferguson is said to want more competition for goalkeeping duties and will allow VDS and Foster to battle it out next season; with Kuszczak now available for loan.

A host of Championship clubs - including the likes of Leicester City and Blackpool - are said to have been alerted by the ‘keeper's availability.
