Patrice Evra is facing three weeks on the sidelines with a foot injury. The French international limped off during United's magnificent 3-0 win over Chelsea, damaging his toe as he set-up Rooney for our second goal of the game. He now joins Rio Ferdinand and Wesley Brown in the treatment room.
Evra had put in another impressive display at left-back before being replaced by John O'Shea.
O'Shea can now expect to fill in on the left-side of defence as Evra spends between three and four weeks with the physiotherapist.
He looks set to miss a host of crucial games - including the F.A Cup fourth round clash against Spurs.
