Tevez drops big hint about Old Trafford exit

Carlos Tevez has told Argentinean radio that he thinks he will leave Manchester United over the summer. The 24-year-old is reportedly frustrated by the fact he isn't certain to be named in United's first XI each week and has hinted that he’ll exit the club when his two-year loan deal expires at the end of the current campaign.

Tevez, hugely popular with United's supporters, has been with the club on a two-year loan deal from his third-party owners Media Sports Investments.

Reports claim that United pay MSI in the region of £4million-per-year for Tevez and pay the South American a wage in the region of £77,000-per-week.

However, United would have to shell out a reported £25million if they wished to sign Tevez on a permanent basis over the summer.

The Reds have been stalling on any such deal - and speculation now suggests that Tevez is keen to head for pastures new anyway due to a lack of first-team football with the world champions. Ex-West Ham frontman Tevez is in direct competition with Dimtar Berbatov for regular first-team games.

"There are many players and they all need to play but I have not played important matches,"

When asked if he was approaching the end of his spell at United, Tevez said that he thought so.

Inter Milan, Manchester City and Real Madrid have all been linked with the player's services in recent weeks.
