United's Champions League tie with Marseille is evenly poised following a goalless draw in the south of France. The home side looked more dangerous in a largely unforgettable Anglo-French encounter.
A score draw will be enough for Marseille to progress at Old Trafford following a stalemate in France. Darren Fletcher squandered United's best chance, whilst Marseille enjoyed spells of possession without carving out clear opportunities. Gabriel Heinze and the rest of the Marseille squad will believe they can claim at least a score draw in the North West, but United will still be favourites with the bookmakers. It was an uncomfortable tie IMO
We didnt set up like we were going for the win, more so to contain them, 0-0 was a fair result because neither team looked like winning
Fancy us to do them at OT though
