Sunday lunchtime showdown

United need to bounce back from a poor home defeat in Europe when they take on neighbours Manchester City on Sunday lunchtime. It is the first time the teams have met since the league title was won by the blues in a dramatic finale to the season ending last May.
City crashed out of Europe altogether whilst United have reached the last 16 of the Champions League, but it is local pride and bragging rights which will be settled and sorted out on Sunday over at Eastlands....
United won there last season in the Cup and did the Poznam to celebrate....

Its an amazing talent that city have, given that they are already despised for buying their success, to have both players and supporters integrate so tightly as thugs.

City fans are just following the example set by the club. Got a problem, throw some money at it. 
When RVP was lining up that free kick the first thing I said was this ball is not going anywhere else but the goal. And what a free kick it ended up being. Kind of disappointing we let go of a 2 goal lead, with or without Young's legitimately good goal not given. That should have been 3-0, but it wasn't and very disappointing we gave the lead up. But all is well after Van Persie's winner.
