United bounce back with two-goal win over Swans

Antonio Valencia and Danny Welbeck were on target as Manchester United returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Swansea City at Old Trafford.
Following a goalless first-half, Valencia broke the deadlock moments after the half-time break as he drilled home from close range after Shinji Kagawa's header was flicked into his path by goalkeeper Gerhard Tremmel.
The goal came as a huge relief to the Champions, who had struggled to carve out clear cut opportunities in the first-half as the Swans bossed possession.
It was an improved performance from United, however, who bounced back from a difficult run of losses despite the absence of the likes of Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie.
The lead was doubled on 59 minutes as Welbeck flicked home Patrice Evra's shot, ensuring the England frontman bagged a sixth league goal in as many games.
Chris Smalling and Kagawa had chances to extend United's lead, but Moyes will be very happy to settle for a two-goal victory as the Red Devils tasted victory for the first time in 2014 ahead of a crucial league trip to Chelsea next weekend.
