Date and venue set for Lancashire Senior Cup clash

Manchester United's Lancashire Senior Cup quarter-final clash against Bolton Wanderers will take place on March 17th.

The game will be played at Moss Rose in Altrincham and will kick-off at 7pm.

United are the current holders of the Cup, winning the silverware for the 14th time after beating Man City in August.

Warren Joyce's Under-21s, effectively the Red Devils' second-string outfit, enter the competition at this stage and face a Bolton side who overcame Blackpool in the opening round.

Wigan Athletic and Burnley have already booked their place in the semi-finals.
