Chosen, now gone

ManUtdWeb's new poll asks fans if the club made the right decision in parting company with David Moyes. Would you have sacked the Scot?
After 51 games in charge, Moyes has been shown the Old Trafford exit door after a turbulent tenure at the helm of the club.
Supporters appear divided by the move - many have shown tremendous support for Moyes this season, with the atmosphere at Old Trafford arguably the best for many seasons. Certainly, a large number of fans were content to settle for this as a 'transition' year.
However, equally, many supporters feel United had little option but to part company with the former Everton man, with the Red Devils seventh in the Premier League table and, at times, producing some pitiful stuff on the pitch.
Meanwhile, at Eastlands, hours before the Scot's sacking, Man City fans mocked United with a banner reading 'Don't Sack Moyes'.
So - would you have sacked Moyes? Have your say on ManUtdWeb's new poll - vote on the right side panel of the site.

Moyes is a decent man, a good manager but United is too big a task for most to even consider. I wish him well and hope that United find the right new boss soon.
I am afraid he had to go as he appeared to have "lost" the dressing room and performances were getting worse.
