Yorke believes home games offer Giggs great opportunity

Former Manchester United frontman Dwight Yorke believes a run of home games has given interim boss Ryan Giggs the chance to make the Manchester United board think ahead of the appointment of a new permanent manager.
Giggs' first game in charge of United saw the Red Devils secure a convincing 4-0 victory thanks to two goals apiece from Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata.
United's new Welsh manager was shown tremendous backing by the Old Trafford faithful - and in the three league matches which remain, a further two take place at the Theatre of Dreams.
Dutchman Louis van Gaal is big favourite to get the job on a permanent basis, with Giggs likely to be handed a senior coaching role. However, Yorke believes home advantage can help Giggs make a significant statement to the club's Directors.
Speaking on Sky Sports, he said: "Having three games at home, obviously one down ... fantastic result. He's got another two.
"He needs to stamp his authority and really give the board something to think about".
United return to action on May 3rd when Sunderland visit the North West, before Hull City journey to M16.
