FC United of Manchester have drawn their opening two Northern Premier League games of the season following a 1-1 draw against Buxtonon Tuesday evening.
1,914 were in attendance at Stalybridge's Bower Fold as Matthew Wolfenden gave the hosts a deserved first-half lead.
However, a penalty in the 79th minute restored parity, with Liam Hardy converting after Andy Pearson was dismissed for a foul.
With the post-Gigg Lane era underway, the game took place at FCUM's temporary home in Stalybridge, with a move to the club's very own Broadhurst Park anticipated later in the season.
