Former England international Trevor Sinclair could make his first appearance in over six years as his Lancaster City side face FC United of Manchester in the FA Cup.
Lancaster's assistant manager hung up his boots following the 2008 FA Cup final when a Cardiff City side, also featuring Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, lost 1-0 to Portsmouth at Wembley.
However, he could return to action on Saturday as FC United of Manchester entertain the Dolly Blues in the second qualifying round of the world's most famous cup competition.
Speaking to the BBC, Sinclair says he still feels "fit and able" and admits an injury crisis means there's a "possibility" he may feature in the Cup clash.
Karl Marginson's Red Rebels will be hoping they can overcome Lancaster and go on a Cup run. Their most successful jaunt in the tournament to date came in 2010/11, when they took Brighton & Hove Albion to a second round replay, dumping Rochdale out of the competition in the first round proper.
