The Red Devils must wait on news of Chris Smalling's availability, after the Football Association confirmed illness forced him out of England's international friendly on Tuesday evening.
Smalling exited the Turin field in the 44th minute; with illness, rather than injury, the reason behind his premature departure.
The defender was replaced by team mate Michael Carrick, with no fewer than four United players involved in the 1-1 draw.
Andros Townsend was on the scoresheet for Roy Hodgson's men, cancelling out Graziano Pelle's opener.
Louis van Gaal must now wait to see if Smalling is available for the weekend's Premier League clash with Aston Villa. He has started the defender in six of United's previous seven outings.
