Reserve team?!

The modern era of social media, scheduled tweets and so on means many of us witness multiple April Fool attempts before we've finished our cornflakes. This year, Metro Sport, came up with one of our favourites, and it was United-related to boot!
Metro reported that Usain Bolt was set to get an opportunity to impress for United's reserve side.
They wrote the Olympic gold medallist had been "handed a short-term contract at Manchester United", but that he was to complete "athletics commitments before meeting up with the squad".
Credit to the Metro for a brilliant April Fools effort. And though nobody at ManUtdWeb Towers took the bait; perhaps unsurprisingly some people were duped by such a top quality rumour! A quick scan of Twitter shows a few excitedly chattering about the acquisition!
Bolt has, of course, made no secret of his desire to swap the athletics track for a stint at Old Trafford, one day. However, he recently joked that Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement and the cold weather had changed his mind!
