United keep more clean sheets in consecutive wins.

Following three nil nil draws, United kept two clean sheets in their most recent games and won both of them. The Red Devils defeated CSKA Moscow by the only goal of the game in their Champions League group match which was followed by a 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion. Both games were at Old Trafford. So in open play United have not conceded for five games. The penalty shoot out defeat by Middlesbrough aside...

The last international break of 2015 means that United do not have a game until they travel to Vicarage Road to take on an improving Watford side in a league fixture. This game is closely followed by another Champions League night at Old Trafford with the visit of PSV Eindhoven. The month draws to a close with a trip to Leicester City - who can forget the high scoring drama in our defeat there last season.
