Cristiano Ronaldo

Louis van Gaal has not exactly kept his cards close to his chest with regards to Manchester United’s interest in Cristiano Ronaldo – confirming the club are interested in the former Red’s services, and declaring “let's wait and hope”.
Ronaldo left Old Trafford for Real Madrid in 2009 for a then world record fee of £80million - and has achieved incredible things with the La Liga club.
The Portuguese international became Real Madrid's record goalscorer earlier this term; but speculation of a return to the Theatre of Dreams has long persisted.
Van Gaal has fuelled the rumour mill about a move for Ronaldo, by publicly announcing his interest in the player.
The Dutchman said: "We are looking at all players, not just Ronaldo. But these players are mostly ungettable. With Ronaldo, let's wait and hope".
Now 30, United would need to splash the cash to bring back Ronaldo, however.
It is likely – if they were interested in a sale – that Los Blancos would, at the very least, expect recuperation of their initial investment for the 2013 and 2014 FIFA Ballon d'Or winner.
