West Brom Reserves 2-4 United Reserves
Ricky Sbragia's United reserve side finally got their first league win of the season, with a 4-2 victory over West Bromwich Albion.

David Jones scored twice, with Darren Fletcher and Daniel Nardiello joining him on the scoresheet, as a bumper crowd were in attendance at the Hawthorns.

Jones gave United the lead in only the third minute, and after Kyle Patterson had equalised for the Baggies, Jones got his second to reinstate United's lead only 17 minutes in.

Darren Fletcher made it 3-1 with a brilliant finish from a David Bellion comeback, and Daniel Nardiello fired home a penalty to secure the United victory, after Simon Brown had brought the home side back into the game only moments earlier.

It's been a poor start to the season for the second string side, but at the sixth time of asking, the United reserve side have won a league game! Well done lads!
